Heather Kendall

Heather Kendall lives in Innisfil with her husband, a retired librarian. They have three grown children and one grandchild. Although she has an Honours B.A. from York University, she chose to be a stay at home mom.

Heather accepted Jesus as her Lord and Saviour at the age of nine after a sermon one Sunday evening. She has been a ladies’ Bible study leader for over thirty years as well as a Sunday School teacher of two and three-year-olds. Heather is the author of A Tale of Two Kingdoms, which traces God’s plan of salvation through the Bible. Her second book, a Bible study guide entitled, God’s Unfolding Story of Salvation, is a work in progress. In 2008 she joined the editorial committee of The Fellowship LINK.

Heather is a versatile thoughtful speaker who has a heart for evangelism. Her testimony will comfort and encourage, especially those with unsaved spouses or others experiencing serious illness. After learning that four out of five children who grow up in the church do not attend as adults, she developed a presentation to deal with this issue. First she considers why this happens. Then she offers practical advice on how parents can guide their children in the right direction. Contact information: hkendall@tale2k.com or www.tale2k.com.
