It was Lindsay Grice’s interest in horses that steered her to a Christian summer camp as a teenager – not an interest in “spiritual” things. This was the beginning of a passion for horses becoming a passion to know God, which has grown ever since. Her 25-year career as a horse trainer, riding coach and horse show judge now leads her into the circles of many people with whom she loves to share her relationship with God.
“Distractions, duties, deception…being a woman in our culture has its unique challenges…I want to encourage women as we walk along the narrow road and inspire them to invite others to join the journey!”
Lindsay has taught a junior high Bible class at her church for 15 years, leads women’s Bible study classes and speaks to women’s groups. Additionally, she’s spoken to teens (on relationships and culture), seniors (on God’s purpose in this season) and singles. “The principles of God’s Word apply to every season, situation and heartache of life,” she says.
Lindsay weaves into her teaching her humour and experiences as a business owner, a single mom for the past 14 years, and a potter in earlier days. Brokenness and rebuilding, using our spiritual gifts, lies we believe, and the foundations of our faith – knowing what and why we believe – have been recent topics.
She lives in Orangeville, Ontario. To contact Lindsay email her at Lindsay@lgrice.com
