The Network Experience

Connected Women is involved in works with the women in our FEB CENTRAL churches across Ontario and part of Quebec to Connect, Communicate and enCourage one another in Ministry. We often refer to it as “networking”.

Connected Women are meeting “informally” on an annual or semi-annual basis. While the time is scheduled, it is not an exclusive club, nor is it a major commitment. It is a wonderful time to meet other women and to learn together. The topics are presented by accomplished women who know, and have experienced, the subject matter in their own lives.

At times the days are aimed at women who are involved in Ministries in their church or community or who have an interest in ministry. We welcome those who have been involved in the past and are willing to share their experiences and lessons learned or those who think they may want to get involved in this area of ministry. Other times they are designed for all women in our churches.

Each year there are a variety of events across Ontario and in Montreal. We have learned about Mentoring, the Value of a Woman, Managing Conflict and The Many Faces of Burnout. Our speakers were all women who could speak to these issues with wisdom and clarity.
